Why We Built This Site
Kansas provides public routes to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the case. Amanda Flores, Chief Clerk of District Court, maintains Reno County District Court records; municipal clerks keep city ordinance files; and the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal presents statewide district case information. We arrange those roles, search methods, case-number formats, and request options so readers can choose the right source.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Reno County
- Court dates and settings: how to read court dates and confirm a hearing setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case lookup by party name or case number
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Kansas court, clerk, or agency. Its limits include:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own prices, data, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this free resource. We do not operate those services or guarantee their output.
